My friend is moving, so she gave me some black shelves! I decided to take my polishes out of their stuffy home and put them on display!

I used to keep my polish in the containers on the fourth shelf (where my acrylic paints are chilling right now).  I think I am at 115. =]

Enjoy your Sunday night!

Cotton Candy/Spun Sugar/Stripey Nails

Friday, April 27, 2012
Call it whatever you want! I really like this look. I was inspired by the Manicurator's AWESOME, AMAZING, GORGEOUS rainbow stripes. Mine do not even come close to hers.

I used Essie's LE Toms Shoes color called Barefoot in Blue and then "spun" Zoyas Shelby and Purity onto my nails.

Have a fabulous weekend. =]

Pretty and Polished - Jawbreaker (and a Cupcake)!

Thursday, April 26, 2012
Hey everyone! I had to take a break from the 31 Day Challenge (and life) because finals week is next week! This past week was craaaaaay cray. Anyway, I painted my nails quickly with Pretty & Polished's Jawbreaker. Then I took a pic of a cupcake. Yeah.

Enjoy the yumminess of a coffee f*cking cupcake and jawbreaker nails. Mhhhmmmhmmm.

See ya soon!

P.S.- I submitted the photo above to Nail Polish and Fucking Cupcakes. Ha. Submit a photo if you want to!
P.P. S. - Pretty & Polished will open her shop again on Sunday (4/29). Be quick, lovelies!
P. P. P. S - I didn't make the cupcake. I bought it. There is a new cupcake/froyo shop in town called Sweet Mutiny. Yummmm!

Day 6 - Violet

Saturday, April 21, 2012
I needed a break from doing my own nails, so I did my friend's for Day 6 of the challenge!

I used Zoya Malia, Zoya Demi, OPI Radiance and a Kiss Black Striper.

It is SO beautiful here today, so I am enjoying the sun, heat and good times.

Day 5 - Blue

Friday, April 20, 2012

I looove Revlon Royal. I need to go get a backup bottle (I gave my other one to Love For Lacquer)!

Here I was inspired by Nailside's Funky Cloud mani!

I used Zoya Trixie for the silver and Wet n Black Creme. I used dotting tools and the brush from the polish to complete this look.

Have a fabulous Friday!

Day 4 - Green

Thursday, April 19, 2012
Yeah, I know. It's past 7. I'm so sorry! I had two exams and a group meeting. I'm exhausted. lol

I did another one of my go-to leopard manis.

I used Zoya Midori and Zoya Veruschka with black acrylic paint. =]

Have a fabulous Thursday night! TGIF tomorrow! =]

Day 3 - Yellow (Polka Dot Bikini)

Wednesday, April 18, 2012
Every time I say the word yellow, I think of the yellow polka dot bikini song...ha. I'm lame, I know.

I am not a fan of any of the yellows I own, or at least, to wear them plain. I chose to use polka dots in Zoya Pippa to fulfill the yellow requirement. The base is Zoya Shelby from their new Beach collection. I have to say, I am a little disappointed in the color. It is a bit too thick and didn't level for me very well. I'll give it another try though!

Doesn't this just make you want some strawberry lemonade? Haha! I really love pink and yellow together.

Also, can you believe I made a post before 7 p.m.? Yay!
I promise to be more scheduled from now on.

Day 2 of the 31 Day Challenge

Tuesday, April 17, 2012
I guess I have decided to go along with the challenge for now!

Here is my Day 2 - Orange mani!

I used China Glaze Riveting and some accent beads.

What is your favorite orange polish?

Day 1 for the 31 Day Challenge...maybe

Monday, April 16, 2012
Hey everyone! First of all, if you repined my mani from a few days ago (the leopard one), thank you! I got almost 130 pins in less than an hour! I am so glad you liked it! Since leopard is my go-to mani, I will definitely be featuring more on here and Pinterest.

Painting Outside the Lines is holding her own little 31 Day Challenge contest. Even though the original challenge happened awhile back, anyone can still do it whenever! I haven't quite decided if I want to go along with her guidelines or take it a bit slower at my own pace yet. We'll see.

For now, I have Day 1 - Red

I used my favorite red, Warrior Ethos, by Nerd Lacquer. Then I used a Kiss black striper to add a "frame." This was my first attempt at the frame be nice! =]

I'm not quite sure how I feel about this. It might grow on me though!

I linked you to Painting Outside the Lines up there. Go check it out!
Have a fabulous week!

Quick Mani of the Day

Friday, April 13, 2012
I've been busy today, and I'm off to a little fashion show with a friend and her mom (It's Mom's Weekend here at my college).

My go-to mani: Leopard Print!

I used Zoya Robyn as my base, then Wet n Wild Black Creme and Zoya Trixie for the spots.

Annnnd, because I never show hauls or nail mail on here, I decided to show you this lovely nail mail from Llarowe! I won it from her Easter Egg Hunt last weekend. It is Mari Moon Hits - Artsy.
Look at that lovely color shift!

Enjoy your weekend!

Random Spring Nail Art

Tuesday, April 10, 2012
I know. I have been a bad blogger as of late. I am truly sorry! There are only three weeks of school left and I have a lot of things to get done!

I did get a summer job though (woot)! So that is one less thing to worry about.

I will have SO MUCH TIME to blog and do my nails during the summer. I absolutely can't wait.

Today I have some random spring nail art. I used acrylic paint because I rarely take the time to get it out.

My friend let me borrow her bottle of OPI - I Have a Herring Problem. It went on like a dream and was very opaque. I used two coats. I just love the shimmer!

Then I have OPI's Stranger Tides on my ring fingers. The polish was a bit thin, but two coats evened everything out.

Sun, Right Hand!
If you get a summer break, are you excited for how close it is? I can't wait!

Revlon Royal & Zoya Maisie - Wear Blue for Autism

Monday, April 2, 2012
Hello everyone! Today I have an AMAZING combo for Autism Awareness Day!

I paired Revlon Royal with Zoya Maisie and jaw dropped. I can't even begin to say how amazing this looks IRL. The pictures do not do this mani justice. Trust me, you will stare at your nails all day if you have this on!

Please forgive the pictures. I had such a hard time capturing the colors. I ended up outside. lol

Please remember that not everyone has it as easy as some of us. Autism isn't a disease and shouldn't be looked at in a negative light. Show your support. <3
